Get Your Questions Answered
During the live broadcasts, viewers can participate in an interactive telephone question-and-answer session.
Supplemental Materials and Continuing Education Credit
Accompanying each of the programs are supplemental materials to enhance the viewer’s learning experience. Viewers for each broadcast are also eligible for continuing education credit based on the program’s content. Every program is accredited for physicians by the ACCME, for nurses by the ANCC, for healthcare executives by the ACHE and for quality managers by the NAHQ. Several programs per year are also accredited for pharmacists by the ACPE.
Staff Education On Demand
Don’t have time to watch the broadcast live? You can watch the same program online after the live broadcast which allows you the flexibility to educate your entire staff when and where they choose.
Did you ever wish that you could watch a program that would feature experts on Joint Commission standards and show clips from hospitals like yours meeting those standards?
And, what if you could call in and get your questions answered right then and there? JCRQSN is what you are looking for!
When you subscribe to JCRQSN, you will receive access to a live one-hour program each month featuring Joint Commission surveyors, JCR consultants, and other experts, discussing standards related topics such as tracers, risk assessments, medication safety, and care transitions.
Best practices from hospitals like yours are featured, and a live interactive Q&A session concludes each webcast. Each live program is taped and then made available to watch on demand afterward at your convenience. Each program also offers continuing education credits, so you can earn CEs while watching the program!
