Dear Valued JCRQSN Customer,  

First of all, thank you for being a Joint Commission Resources Quality and Safety Network (JCRQSN) subscriber. Below you will find information and instructions regarding the JCRQSN Learning Management System (LMS).

All archived programs are available at the LMS location. Please click on the 2012 or 2013 Program pages to access these courses.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that your facility is successfully able to access the updated LMS at the new location.

What Facility Administrators Need to Do To Access the LMS:

• As always, users at your facility will need to have access to the LMS via the internet. It is critical that you have the following address “white listed” by your IT department: http://www.twnlms.com.
  

• Your Facility Administrator account has been set up. Please go to http://www.twnlms.com, bookmark the new site, and change your password to complete the set up process for your facility. 
  

• Please enter your Username and “changeme” as the password.  You will be prompted to reset the password for the new website. If the login does not work you can click the “Forgot your password” link, enter an email address and the Username and Password will be emailed to you.
  

• Access an Email Template notification to share with other stakeholders and users at your facility.  Once you are logged into the LMS click “Email Template.”  This email template includes registration instructions and the unique URL specific for employees at your facility.
  

What Individual Users Need to Do To Access the LMS:

• Your User account has been set up.
  

• Please go to http://www.twnlms.com, bookmark the new site, and create a new password to complete the set up process.
  

• Please enter your Username and “changeme” as the password.  You will be prompted to reset the password for the new website.  If the login does not work you can click the “Forgot your password” link, enter an email address and the Username and Password will be emailed to you.
  

• If access to the LMS is blocked or denied, contact your Facility Administrator

the distributor of the series and has no  influence on the content.
